Cereal Soup

Mixed dry cereal.

Ingredients:

500g di zuppa di cereali (non necessita di ammollo), 1 cipolla, 150g di pancetta dolce, 200g di zucchine, 1 dado vegetale, olio extravergine di oliva.

Instructions and procedure:

We prepare a fry with extra virgin olive oil, the onion and the bacon cubes. Add the chopped courgettes and stew for a few minutes. We add the soup to the cereals and season for 5 minutes, then add water to taste and the vegetable stock cube. Let it cook on a moderate heat for 30 minutes.

Serve to taste.
