Cereal Soup

Mixed dry cereal.

Ingredients:

500g Cereal Soup (does not require soaking), 1 Onion, 150g Sweet Bacon, 200g Zucchini, Extra virgin olive oil, 1 Vegetable nut.

Instructions and procedure:

We prepare a fry with extra virgin olive oil, the onion and the bacon cubes. Add the chopped courgettes and stew for a few minutes. We add the soup to the cereals and season for 5 minutes, then add water to taste and the vegetable stock cube. Let it cook on a moderate heat for 30 minutes.

Serve to taste.
