Zuppa del Contadino

Mixed pulses and dry cereals.

Ingredients:

500g di zuppa del contadino (non necessita di ammollo), 1 cipolla, 1 costa di sedano, 1 carota, 350g di pomodoro passato, 1 peperoncino, sale q.b.

Instructions and procedure:

Boil the farmer's soup for 30 minutes. In a saucepan, sauté the chopped carrot, onion and celery. Add chilli and tomato, cook for about 15 to 20 minutes. Then add the drained soup, add salt and cook for about 15 minutes. 

Serve to taste.
