Ingredients:
500g Nonno Soup (required 12 hours of soaking), 200g of Peeled Tomatoes, 1 Onion, 2 Carrots, 1 Celery, 1 Bunch of chard, 2 Potatoes, 2 Zucchini, Extra virgin olive oil, Salt.
Instructions and procedure:
First of all cut all the ingredients into small pieces, put the celery, carrot, onion, potatoes, chard and courgettes into a pot, then add the granddad soup (previously soaked for 12 hours), peeled tomatoes, salt and oil. Add water and simmer until the ingredients are fully cooked (approx. 90 minutes). Serve to taste with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
