Puffed Emmer Salad

Ingredients:

150g Puffed Emmer, 1 Rocket, 4 Tomatoes, Olives to taste, Parmesan shavings to taste.

Instructions and procedure:

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and season with extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and salt.

The puffed spelt salad is ready to be enjoyed!
