Ingredients:
250 g Ciavattoni beans, (need soaking 12 hours), Extra virgin olive oil, Pepper as needed, Balsamic vinegar or Lemon to taste, 1 Tropea onion, 1 Can of tuna fish, Anchovies, Celery, Salt
Instructions and procedure:
To prepare the Ciavattoni Bean Salad we have to start by soaking the Beans for at least 12 hours. After cooking for about 90 minutes, we let them cool. Once cooled, we can season with extra virgin olive oil, pepper, balsamic vinegar or lemon, add the thinly sliced onion, tuna, anchovies, chopped celery and salt.
Ciavattoni Bean Salad is now ready to serve.
