Ingredients:
250 g Cannellini Beans (requires 12 hours of soaking), 120 g Tuna in drained oil, 1 Tropea red onion, Extra virgin olive oil to taste, Salt
Instructions and procedure:
Soak the cannellini beans for at least 12 hours. After this time, transfer the beans into a saucepan and let them cook for about 60 minutes. While the beans are cooking, we can prepare our dressing: chop finely the Tropea onion and put it on a serving dish together with the previously drained tuna. When the Cannellini Beans are well cooked, remove them from the pot, drain them and let them cool. Once cooled, add them to the seasoning by adding sale and oil. The dressing may vary according to your tastes, you can add cherry tomatoes, rocket or black olives.
