Chickling Peas and Sausages

Ingredients:

500g di Chickling Peas (requires 24 hours of soaking), Mixed with fried meat, 500g Sausages, 2, Tomatoes, 1 Tablespoon tomato paste, Water as needed, Rosemary, Pieces of bread, Salt. 

Instructions and procedure:

Soak the chickling peas for at least 24 hours, then boil them for at least two more. The sauté to brown in a pan with a drizzle of oil and add the chopped sausages. Add the chopped cherry tomatoes and cicerchia to the sausages and let them season properly. Add the tomato puree, some water and a sprig of rosemary to the mixture. Serve the dish with croutons and a drizzle of raw oil.
