Cookies with Emmer Flakes

Ingredients:

100g Rice flour, 100g Emmer Flakes , 30g Chocolate chips, 30g Chopped almonds, 80g Brown sugar, 1 Teaspoon baking powder, 50 ml Sunflower oil, 30 ml Water.

Instructions and procedure:

Combine all ingredients and make sure to mix properly. Then, form balls with the mixture and wet your hands well in order to prevent the dough from sticking. Place the balls directly on the baking tray lined with baking paper, press down and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.

The biscuits are ready to be enjoyed!
