Aniseed Cookies

Ingredients:

1 Glass of seed oil, 1 Glass of wine, 1 Glass of sugar, 1 Handful of aniseed, Emmer Flour to taste.

Instructions and procedure:

Knead all the ingredients, after which make small pinches that we are going to dip in sugar and then place them in a greased sixth, bake at 180° and bake for about 25 minutes.
