Small Glasses of Yogurt and Chocolate Puffed Emmer

Ingredients:

150g Greek yogurt 0% fat, 30g Chocolate Puffed, Emmer, 20g Dark chocolate.

Instructions and procedure:

In a small frying pan, lightly toast the puffed emmer over a gentle flame, stirring often. Melt the dark chocolate with the help of the microwave on low power for about 30-60 seconds or using a frying pan over a flame. Mix the toasted spelt with the yogurt, transfer it to two small glasses and then top with the melted chocolate. Alternatively, you can compose the small glasses in layers, alternating emmer, yogurt and melted dark chocolate. Chill the yogurt and spelt glasses in the fridge for about ten minutes. 

The spoon dessert is now ready to be enjoyed!
