These are whole pearled emmer grains, expanded, of regular size, coated with sugar and light-brown chocolate powder. It is a natural product, excellent for breakfast to add to milk, yogurt or we can use it to prepare desserts such us bars or even to make a different tiramisu with a unique flavour.
