The Piconi farm follows a long-established farming tradition. It was established in 1968 by Mr Piconi Danilo, who decided to devote himself to managing his family's landed property, flanking sheep farming with arable crops. Seeing the results he obtained, he decided to cultivate legumes and cereals and market them directly to retail outlets.
The company was later handed down from the latter to his son Piconi Alessandro in 1997. A few years later, a new structure was built for processing and packaging raw materials, so that the company could be autonomous and have a controlled and guaranteed short supply chain.
The path taken by this family can be found on our table today with genuine and tasty products, such as lentils and spelt.
