Ingredients:
500g di farro perlato (non necessita di ammollo), 250g di rucola, pomodorini (a piacere), tonno all’olio di oliva sgocciolato (a piacere), olive nere sgocciolate (a piacere), carciofini sott’olio sgocciolati (a piacere), olio extravergine di oliva q.b., aceto e sale q.b.

Let’s boil the Pearl Emmer for 30 minutes, as soon as it is cooked, drain it and let it cool. In the meantime, cut the tuna, black olives and artichokes and pass them in a sieve. Then wash the tomatoes and the rocket and cut them into small pieces. Mix everything with the emmer, adding extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and salt.
