Lactose-FREE, Egg-FREE, Vegetarian recipe
Ingredients:
250g Oat Flakes, 80g Seed oil, 150g Acacia honey, 80g Mixed seeds (or chocolate chips or dried fruit).
Instructions and procedure:
To prepare your Oat Flakes bars, put the oil and honey in a saucepan, turn off before boiling. Add the oat flakes, stir well and cook over a low flame, stirring continuously, for 7-8 minutes. Turn off the flame and add the seeds. Place a sheet of baking paper in a square or rectangular baking dish and pour the mixture into it, levelling out well with the back of a spoon. Bake at 200° for about 18 minutes and when cooked, remove the baking tray from the oven and allow to cool. Cut the bars with a sharp knife and wrap them in baking paper.
