Crunchy Emmer with Honey and Chocolate

Ingredients:

150g Dark chocolate, 50g Honey Puffed Emmer , 1 Tablespoon brown sugar, 50g Butter, 30g Raisin, 1 Cup rum.

Instructions and procedure:

Soak the raisin with the rum in a bowl. Meanwhile, melt the chopped chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie. When melted, remove from the heat, add the sultanas with the rum and the puffed spelt grains with honey. Stir well until the mixture is smooth. Form small balls or discs with the mixture and place them to firm up and cool on a wire rack with aluminium foil on top. Once cooled, they are ready to enjoy!!!
